The present invention relates to a total heat exchange ventilation system using midnight heat storage and an air source heat pump, which applies cold and hot air from midnight heat storage to total heat exchange ventilation. According to the present invention, the total heat exchange ventilation system using midnight heat storage and an air source heat pump includes: a heat pump generating the cold air and the hot air using midnight electricity and installed outside a building; a cold and hot air supply unit including a connection pipe connected to a cold and hot air storage tank; a casing installed in the building, wherein external air flows in the casing and internal air is discharged from the casing; and a heat exchange ventilation unit installed in the casing and including a total heat exchanger exchanging heat between the external air and the internal air. The connection pipe is installed to pass through the inside of the casing to provide the cold and hot air for the external air flowing through the total heat exchanger. |
