According to the present invention, an automatic system to produce a rubber bushing comprises: a rubber bushing initial product supply magazine to store a plurality of initial products of rubber bushings, which comprises an external bushing which is a hollow circular pipe, an internal bushing which is a hollow circular pipe placed on the same axis inside the external bushing and of which both ends with different lengths protrude higher than the external bushing, and rubber filling the space in between the external bushing and internal bushing to fixate the external bushing and the internal bushing; a swaging unit to swage the initial product of rubber bushing to produce a semi-processed product of rubber bushings; an initial product conveying gripper to convey the initial product of rubber bushings to the swaging unit; a first conveying unit to convey the semi-processed product of rubber bushings to the position of inserting the guide ring; a guide ring supply unit to store a plurality of guide rings, which are hollow circular pipes combined with the semi-processed product of rubber bushings; a guide ring inserting unit to insert the guide ring stored in the guide ring supply unit from the position of inserting to a short protruding end of the internal bushing of the semi-processed product of rubber bushing; a second conveying unit to convey the semi-processed product of rubber bushing with the guide ring inserted into the pressing/caulking position; and a pressing/caulking unit to perform pressing/caulking for the guide ring at the pressing/caulking position to produce the finished product of rubber bushing. The present invention provides a system to automatically produce a rubber bushing with a guide ring.
