The present invention relates to a system for managing debts provable in bankruptcy and dividends. More specifically, the system for managing debts provable in bankruptcy and dividends enables existing important information that has been managed in printed formats, the debts, and the dividends to be in real time computerized and managed, thereby helping early retrieve invested funding by expanding opportunities for dividends and collect statistics regarding the debts and dividends. In addition, the system shortens the time required for bankruptcy foundation′s and Korean Deposit Insurance Corporation (KDIC)′s business related to the dividends and saves expenses for transportation and archiving of documents related to consultation on the dividends, thereby saving human and material resources spent on the dividends. Therefore, the system improves work efficiency related to the debts provable in bankruptcy and the dividends and reduce expenses by in real time managing the debts provable in bankruptcy and the dividends and saving the human and material resources. In addition, individual creditors can check their receivables and dividend payments on the homepage of KDIC since the system for managing debts provable in bankruptcy and dividends is built to be linked to a debts provable in bankruptcy and dividends inquiry system via a database.
