The present invention relates to a mobile terminal and a control method thereof. According to the present invention, the mobile terminal can control a display unit to store at least one execution screen on which an inputted item is displayed and to generate and display a first icon managing the stored at least one execution screen when the execution of at least one application is stopped and terminated while an item is being inputted on an input article while the at least one application is being executed. According to the present invention, the mobile terminal temporarily stores the execution screen when the execution is stopped or terminated while the item is being inputted on the input article of the certain execution screen, and provides work continuity by displaying an icon connecting the execution screen right away. |
