The color filter substrate can efficiently convert background light into monochromatic light, can increase the color gamut of the liquid crystal display panel, enhances color saturation, and improves display quality of the display screen. |

1. A color filter substrate comprising:
a base substrate; a plurality of pixels provided on the base substrate, each comprised of a plurality of sub-pixels of different colors; and a layered structure containing monocolor quantum dots disposed in areas corresponding to sub-pixels of at least one color of pixels, and the layered structure comprising an alternate lamination of flake graphene layers and monocolor quantum dot layers, wherein a bottom layer and a top layer of the layered structure are both flake graphene layers; and the monocolor quantum dots emit monochromatic light corresponding to a color of the sub-pixels after being excited. |
