The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a coral reef (L), prepared by a method comprising the following: a pulverization step (S10) for applying physical pressure to the coral reef (L) to produce a needle-shaped pulverised product; a purifications step (S20) for placing the pulverised product from the pulverization step (S10) in an organic or inorganic acid solution to isolate impurities therefrom; a first separation step (S30) in which the impurities and the pulverised product in the purified pulverised product in the purification step (S20) are separated into layers by centrifugation to remove the impurities; an impregnation step (S40) for mixing the pulverised product free of the impurities obtained in the first separation step (S30) with RG2 to impregnate the pulverised product with RG2; a second separation step (S50) in which the RG2-impregnated pulverised product from the impregnation step (S40) is centrifuged so that unabsorbed RG2 and pulverised product are separated into layers, and the unabsorbed RG2 is filtered and removed; and a coating step (S60) in which a chitosan solution is added to the pulverised product in the second separation step (S50) and shaken, to coat the outer surface of the pulverised product so as to prevent absorbed RG2 from breaking away while the composition is being produced. Accordingly, in the present invention, the composition can penetrate the skin over a prolonged period of time as the skin-embedded needle-shaped coral reef pulverised product and RG2 are absorbed into the skin, and thus an aging process suppressing effect is exhibited. |
