The present invention relates to a whetstone handling jig which includes a flange assembling part surrounding and combining the outer surface of a whetstone; a main holder part axially supporting the both left and right end parts of the flange assembling part to make the parts rotatable; and a rotation angle fixing unit rotating the flange assembling part around the rotational axis of the main holder part. The present invention is capable of reducing time for the replacement of a whetstone of a grinder and improving the efficiency of work with the grinder by transferring or replacing the grinder by rotating and then vertically and horizontally fixing the flange assembling part around the rotational axis while the whetstone is assembled. The present invention is capable of preventing accidents in replacement work and musculoskeletal diseases of workers and making the use of manpower excellent with one single person to do the replacement work by performing transferring and replacement work by using a crane while the whetstone is safely fixed to the flange assembling part.
