The present invention relates to a reverse transcription loop-medicated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) primer set for detecting Korean field rabies virus, and to uses thereof and, more specifically, to: a primer set which distinguishes and detects Korean field rabies virus from rabies vaccine or fixed virus through RT-LAMP by comprising specific 6 primers; RT-LAMP reaction solution composition and kit including the primer set; and a method for detecting Korean field rabies virus using the primer set. According to the present invention, the RT-LAMP primer set for detecting field rabies virus, the RT-LAMP reaction solution composition, the RT-LAMP kit, and the method for detecting field rabies virus can simply and rapidly detect the rabies virus and, particularly, can distinguish and detect the field rabies virus from the rabies vaccine or fixed virus, and has very high sensitivity, thereby being usefully used for preventing or managing the rabies virus. |
