Disclosed is a graphene transcription method. According an embodiment of the present invention, the graphene transcription method comprises the steps of: synthesizing graphene on at least one side of a metal catalyst layer; forming a first structure by attaching carriers to the graphene; forming a second structure by removing the metal catalyst layer from the first structure; plasma treating a target substrate under a condition of having a flow ratio of oxygen to argon in the range of 0.1 to 0.5; forming a third structure by compressing the substrate so as to have the graphene on the second structure face the target substrate; and removing the carriers. According to various embodiments of the present invention, when the graphene is transcribed on products such as a display including a touch panel, or the like, electrical properties of the graphene does not degrade even under the conditions of high temperature and high humidity. |
