<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the operation rate of a working device by minimizing the generation of a set-up change of the working device by concentrating an object to be worked onto an arbitrary working device. CONSTITUTION:In a data table T1, a working device which becomes a non- operating state or a working device which outputs a request of a product is managed as a worked object request device group in order of a time series, and also, a product for which carrying to a working device of the next process is required is managed as a data table T3 (carrying request worked object group) in order of a time series in which the previous process is ended, and by taking notice of the working device, a product matching with the device is determined from in the data table T3 in order from the working device corresponding to the head device record in the data table T1. Subsequently, at the time of determining a product matching with this working device, it is determined from a product which belongs to a kind and a lot allocated and registered to this working device and requires no jig change. In such a way, the product can be concentrated onto an arbitrary working device, and the generation of a set-up change of the working device can be minimized.</p> |
