The present invention relates to a composition for antioxidation, skin-whitening, and wrinkle amelioration, containing Paeonia lactiflora Pall., Atractylodes macrocepha-la Koidz, Angelica dahurica root, and Tribulus terrestris L.. The present invention further relates to a functional cosmetic product comprising the same. According to the present invention, antioxidative activity is detected, and melanin synthesis, tyrosinase activity, and an amount of protein expression are inhibited. In addition, the rate of cell increases as well as the content of procollagen secreted into culture liquid. Furthermore, secretion of procollagen which was reduced by ultraviolet-B (UVB) also increases depending on concentration. Therefore, the composition and the functional cosmetic product show effectiveness in antioxidation, whitening, and wrinkle amelioration.
