The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing mineral salt containing effective ingredients of trees and microalgae. The method for manufacturing mineral salt containing effective ingredients of trees and microalgae comprises the following steps: (a) preprocessing sea water by filtering and sterilizing the same; (b) primarily concentrating the sea water filtered and sterilized at the step (a); (c) extracting effective ingredients of trees with the sea water concentrated at the step (b) while secondarily concentrating the sea water; (d) postprocessing the sea water prepared at the step (c) by filtering and sterilizing the same; and (e) inoculating microalgae into the sea water filtered and sterilized at the step (d) and culturing the same, and then drying the concentrated sea water containing the cultured microalgae.
