The present specification discloses a separator having a high heat resistance, a manufacturing method and a secondary battery comprising the same. According to an embodiment, disclosed is a separator comprising: a porous substrate layer; and a coating layer formed on at least one surface of the substrate layer. The coating layer comprises: a first binder which contains 5 to 25 wt% of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) or derivative thereof; and a second binder which contains 75 to 95 wt% of polyacrylic acid (PAA) or derivative thereof.
