The present invention relates to a micro gravure having a control means for uniformly flowing air and intensively emitting the quantity of UV light. When a base film which is a first supplied sheet and a release film which is a second supplied sheet are combined through the micro gravure, both the films which are the first and second supplied sheets are transferred through a heating chamber of a drying unit after micro-coating of an adhesive solution, and enable to secure uniform adhesion performance with an air flowing apparatus and a UV intensive emitting apparatus, thereby securing excellent quality of a completed film, wherein securing the degree of adhesion of an adhesive layer of the base film is considered to be the most important with a coating technology (since the films can be bonded well or not depending on the thickness or characteristic film difference desired by customers, wrinkles can be generated during the combination, and sticking phenomenon and tearing phenomenon can occur during expost splitting). |
