Disclosed in the present invention are a point trading system for a mobile communication device and method thereof, the system comprising: at least one encryption chip, a function menu defined within the encryption chip, a storage device information connected to the electronic communication device, and at least one point unit cooperating with the storage device, by the above structure and coordination of the following steps: a first user going to the relevant units to exchange the currency into the point units and depositing the point units into a saving account of the first user; the first user transferring the point units in the saving account to a saving account of a second user by operating a first electronic communication device; the second user using the point units in the saving account of the second user by a second electronic communication device, to achieve the practical progress for transferring the point easily and good security. |
