摘要 An electronic device according to one or more embodiments of the present invention comprises an output line, a current mirror circuit and a comparator. Current signals from a plurality of signal sources are output to the output line. The current mirror circuit is electrically connected to the output line. The comparator is configured to compare a mirrored current signal from the current mirror circuit with a reference current signal. The comparator is configured to output a signal representing a comparison result of amplitudes of the mirrored current signal and the reference current signal.

An image pickup device comprising: a first output line for current signals from a plurality of pixels being output to the first output line; a current mirror circuit including a first transistor electrically connected to the first output line and a second transistor electrically connected to a second output line, the current mirror circuit being configured to mirror the current signals from the plurality of pixels into the second output line, the first transistor being configured to receive the current signals from the first output line, and the second transistor being configured to output a mirrored current signal to the second output line; and a comparator configured to compare the mirrored current signal being output from the current mirror circuit to the second output line with a reference current signal, and to output a signal representing a comparison result of amplitudes of the mirrored current signal and the reference current signal, wherein each of the plurality of the pixels includes a photoelectric conversion unit and an amplification unit configured to output, to the first output line, one of the current signals from the plurality of pixels, and wherein each of the current signals from the plurality of pixels is based on an amount of charges generated by the photoelectric conversion unit.
