The invention relates to medicine, particularly to surgery and can be used for surgical treatment of pelvic fractures associated with sigmoid and/or straight intestine injury.Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out the general anesthesia, median laparotomy, abdominal cavity revision, is mobilized the sigmoid intestine, is resected the affected segment of the bowels, is formed the rectal stump with its fixation to the anterior abdominal wall, is performed an incision in the left hypochondrium, 1.5 cm lateral to the rectus abdominis muscle, are created optimal conditions for the functioning of colostomy, is exteriorized the distal end of the sigmoid intestine and is laid on the protective colostomy, then are introduced fixing pins at the level of the iliac crests, which are mounted to the external pelvis fixing system, afterwards is performed the dosing reposition of fragments of the pelvic bones to their full adaptation, is drained the abdominal cavity and is sutured the wound in layers. |
