The present invention relates to a system for providing a medical tour service which is effectively managed by a coordinator, and a providing method. The system comprises the steps of: (a) receiving customer information and medical refer information from a customer terminal; (b) producing a medical estimate corresponding to disease contained in the medical refer information according to the standard medical charge criteria of a hospital, and transmitting the estimate to the customer terminal; (c) when the customer confirms the estimate, transmitting, to the customer terminal, schedule information containing a medical schedule and a tour schedule, medical information containing a medical treatment item and hospital information, and tour information containing tourist agency information and tourist spots, and to a terminal of a hospital manager or medical professionals, transmitting medical information and schedule information, and to the tourist agency terminal, transmitting tourist information and schedule information; (d) storing vehicle dispatching information created in accordance with the schedule information in order to guide customers to a hospital or tourist spots; and (e), when receiving medical treatment completion information from the hospital manager terminal or medical professional terminal, storing the completion information according to the customer account, and when receiving tour completion information from the tourist agency terminal, storing the completion information according to the customer account. |
