The invention relates to medicine and includes a method for suppression of tumour growth, based on selective inhibition of specific receptor sites with tyrosine kinase activity, consisting of amino acids, present on cells of tumour or vessels. Selective inhibition of receptor sites with tyrosine kinase activity, described in the disclosed invention, without inhibition of the remaining part of receptor and/or other receptors in case of multi-kinase inhibitors leads to reliable increase of antitumor efficiency of applied tyrosine kinase inhibitors, reduction of toxicity of administered treatment, possibility to apply low agent concentration for complete blocking, to conduct long-term treatment. The advantage of the invention consists in development of novel class of medications for treatment of malignant tumours and other diseases. |
