METHOD FOR BUILDING SELECTIONAL RESTRICTION DICTIONARY USING SENTENCE PATTERN OF PREDICATE

The present invention provides a method of building a selection restriction dictionary using a sentence pattern of a predicate, capable of detecting the structure and the meaning of a sentence by using information related to the predicate of the sentence. The method of building the selection restriction dictionary using the sentence pattern of the predicate includes the steps of: acquiring the sentence pattern of the predicate; extracting the predicate from the acquired sentence pattern of the predicate to search for the sentence pattern including the extracted predicate; analyzing the meaning of the sentence pattern to filter a sentence pattern including a predicate having a meaning different from that of the predicate; analyzing the structure of the filtered sentence pattern to filter a component that is not related with the predicate; selecting a target for selection restriction from the filtered sentence to extract high-level paths of the selected target for the selection restriction by using a lexical sematic network; and setting a selection restriction path for the predicate by comparing the extracted high-level paths with each other, and building the selection restriction dictionary for the predicate.
