Disclosed are a method and a system for security enhancement utilizing an artificial noise and a security protection zone against an active eavesdropper. The method for security enhancement utilizing an artificial noise and a security protection zone against an active eavesdropper according to one embodiment comprises the steps of: calculating a connection outage percentage generated by disabling a security message transmitted from a transmission unit to decode in a receiving unit; calculating a security outage percentage generated by decoding a part of the security message by an eavesdropper wherein the transmission forms a security protection zone; calculating the distance between the transmission unit and the receiving unit, and a security transmission rate for the security protection zone based on the connection outrage percentage and the security outrage percentage; and distributing the optimum transmission power between the security message and the connection outrage percentage and the security outrage percentage in order to maximize the security transmission rate. |
