摘要 A catalyst component for olefin polymerization is disclosed, which comprises at least one diol ester type electron donor compound (a) and at least one diether type electron donor compound (b) among others, wherein the molar ratio of a to b is 0.55-50. A preparation method of the catalyst component, a catalyst comprising the catalyst component, and an olefin polymerization method using the catalyst which can especially be used for preparation of polypropylenes of low ash contents are also disclosed.

A catalyst component for olefin polymerization, comprising a reaction product of: (1) an adduct represented by general formula (I): MgX2.m(R′OH).nE.qH2O; (2) at least one titanium compound represented by general formula (II): Ti(OR)4-kXk; and (3) at least one electron donor compound a and at least one electron donor compound b; wherein, in the general formula (I), X is Cl or Br; R′ is a C1-C4 alkyl; E is at least one o-alkoxybenzoate represented by general formula (III):wherein R1 and R2 are independently chosen from C1-C12 linear or branched alkyl, C3-C10 cycloalkyl, C4-C10 cycloalkylalkyl, C6-C10 aryl, C7-C10 alkaryl and C7-C10 aralkyl; m ranges from 1.0 to 5.0; n ranges from 0 to 0.5; and q ranges from 0 to 0.8; in the general formula (II), R is a C1-C20 alkyl, X is a halogen, and k is 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4; the at least one electron donor compound a is chosen from esters of diol represented by general formula (IV):wherein R1 and R2 are independently chosen from C1-C10 linear or branched alkyl, C3-C20 cycloalkyl, C4-C20 cycloalkylalkyl, C6-C20 aryl, and C7-C20 aralkyl, the aryl ring or cycloalkyl ring of which is optionally further substituted by a substituent chosen from halogen, C1-C6 alkyl and C1-C6 alkoxy; R3-R6 and R1-R2n are independently chosen from hydrogen, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted linear or branched C1-C20 alkyl, C3-C20 cycloalkyl, C4-C20 cycloalkylalkyl, C6-C20 aryl, C7-C20 alkaryl, C7-C20 aralkyl, C2-C10 alkenyl, C10-C20 fused aryl, and ester group, each of R3-R6 and R1-R2n comprises optionally one or more heteroatoms as a substitution of a carbon atom or a hydrogen atom or both, said heteroatom being chosen from N, O, S, Si, P, and halogen, and one or more of R3-R6 and R1-R2n are optionally linked to form a ring; and n is an integer ranging from 0 to 10; the at least one electron donor compound b is chosen from diether compounds represented by general formula (V):wherein RI, RII, RIII, RIV, RV, and RVI are independently chosen from hydrogen, halogen, linear or branched C1-C20 alkyl, C3-C20 cycloalkyl, C4-C20 cycloalkylalkyl, C6-C20 aryl, and C7-C20 aralkyl, the aryl ring or cycloalkyl ring of which is optionally further substituted by a substituent chosen from halogen, C1-C6 alkyl and C1-C6 alkoxy; RVII and RVIII are independently chosen from linear or branched C1-C20 alkyl, C3-C20 cycloalkyl, C6-C20 aryl, C7-C20 alkaryl, and C7-C20 aralkyl; and the RI to RVI groups are optionally linked to form a ring; and the molar ratio of the electron donor compound a to the electron donor compound b ranges from 0.60 to 10.
