PRESSURE SENSOR ARRAY USING HIGHLY CRYSTALLINE P(VDF-TRFE) FILMS

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a pressure sensor array using a highly crystalline P(VDF-TrFE) film comprises: a polymer; an upper electrode formed on an upper surface of the polymer; and a lower electrode formed on a lower surface of the polymer. The polymer is a highly crystalline P(VDF-TrFE) film. A direction of a molecular chain of the P(VDF-TrFE) film agrees with a longitudinal direction of a pressure sensor of the pressure sensor array. According to the present invention, with the use of the P(VDF-TrFE) film, the pressure sensor takes to a thin and slender form. As such, the pressure sensor array in accordance with the present invention is applicable to various fields.
