Provided are an elastic mount sagging amount compensation method comprising the steps of: calculating the sagging amount of an elastic mount installed on the bottom of a variety of equipment for the weight of the equipment and check the weight of the equipment and the center of the weight to allow the compensation for the sagging amount; calculating the distributed load by mounting point of the equipment; selecting and installing an elastic mount for the distributed load for each mounting point; checking the sagging amount of the elastic mount through a static sagging curve of the elastic mount by the distributed load; selecting a compensation plate in accordance with the sagging amount of the elastic mount; and installing the selected compensation plate on the elastic mount, and a compensation apparatus thereof. Accordingly, the present invention can fundamentally prevent excessive vibration energy generated by operation of the equipment from being conveyed to a ship. |
