PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer foil that can impart sufficient hard coat performance and plasticizer resistance performance to a surface of an object to be transferred, and has high transferability not causing transfer failures such as tailings and burrs.SOLUTION: A transfer foil 1 at least comprises a substrate 10, a protective layer 30 peelably formed on the substrate 10, a primer layer 40 formed on the protective layer 30, and a receiving layer/adhesive layer 50 formed on the primer layer 40. The protective layer 30 is formed by containing an active ray-curable resin. The primer layer 40 is formed by containing a thermoplastic resin and an isocyanate compound.
