PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiping device that is disposed in an intaglio printer and comprises a filtration mechanism for removing magnetic foreign matters floating in wiping liquid used during intaglio printing.SOLUTION: A wiping device comprises a filtration mechanism having a magnetic material for absorbing dispersed floating magnetic foreign matters in wiping liquid, disposed in a wiping chamber 1 or in a circulation control chamber 2. The filtration mechanism may contribute stabilization of quality by helping a review of examination for possible factors of roller nicks freshly restarting from the initial stage to remove one or more root causes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
