摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an error of telephone communication caused by an operator.SOLUTION: A service desk business support system comprises: an error confirmation DB 103 which stores the number of times for each day of the week and a time zone of communication error in the past corresponding to an operator's name, and a threshold for each day of the week in month unit and for each time zone; and a communication error confirmation unit 102 which acquires a current day of the week and time, searches the error confirmation DB 103 with the operator's name as a key, determines whether the current day of the week and time which have been acquired in advance are a day of the week and time in which operator's error exceeds a threshold, and then, if so, displays for an operator 20, a day-of-the-week and time zone warning sentence on a dedicated screen of a display unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
