PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure reduction valve capable of surely attenuating a vibration phenomenon which occurs on a pressure reduction member and pressure reception piston.SOLUTION: A pressure reduction member (14) is inserted into an inlet chamber (8) of a valve case (1). A pressure reception piston (21) inserted into a piston hole (18) of an outlet chamber (10) in the valve case (1) is energized to a right side by a pressure setting spring (44). When the pressure reception piston (21) moves to a right side, and a volume of a fluid chamber (28) formed by the pressure reception piston (21) and the piston hole (18) is reduced, pressure in the fluid chamber (28) rises, a check valve (34) is closed, and a pressure fluid in the fluid chamber (28) flows out to the outlet chamber (10) through a throttle part (41). When the pressure reception piston (21) is retreated to a left side, and a volume of the fluid chamber (28) is increased, pressure of the fluid chamber (28) is reduced and the check valve (34) is opened, and the pressure fluid of the outlet chamber (10) flows in the fluid chamber (28).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
