PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively make good use of energy wasted as pressure oil discharged from one of discharge ports is returned to a tank when only pressure oil discharged from the other discharge port is supplied to an actuator in an LS system provided in a pump device having the two discharge ports and discharging the same amount of pressure oil from the two discharge ports by a single regulator.SOLUTION: A hydraulic driving device is provided with: oil passages 341a, 341b, recovery valves 346a, 346b, an accumulator 300, etc., for extracting and collecting energy of pressure oil discharged from one of first and second discharge port 102a, 102b of a main pump 102 when the actuator is driven with pressure oil discharged from the other; and a pump motor 30 etc., assisting in driving a prime mover 1 by converting the energy of the collected pressure oil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A |
