PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a map image having high resolution and to easily acquire a fluorescent image in a short time, in a small area selected in the acquired map image.SOLUTION: A microscope system 1 includes a virtual slide microscope 2 for acquiring the virtual slide image of a sample A mounted on a first stage 4 and a fluorescence microscope 3 for acquiring the fluorescent image of the sample A mounted on a second stage 12. The virtual slide microscope 2 includes a display part 10 and a photographing condition setting part 11 for setting a photographing condition including the acquisition position of the fluorescent image by the fluorescence microscope 3 on the displayed virtual slide image. The fluorescence microscope 3 includes a storage part 23 for storing coordinate conversion data between the coordinate of the sample A fixed to the first stage 4 and the coordinate of the sample A fixed to the second stage 12, a condition input part 22 to which the photographing condition is inputted, and driving condition setting part 24 for setting a driving condition on the basis of the photographing condition and the coordinate conversion data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
