The present invention relates to a device for controlling a gasifier, and a method for controlling a gasifier using the same. The method for controlling a gasifier according to the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a driving load amount and coal information of a gasifier; predicting performance of the gasifier and deciding the flow rate of input variables by estimating slag conditions; controlling driving of the gasifier depending on the flow rate of the input variables; and measuring various data of the driving gasifier. |
