The present invention relates to a derrick which can be opened and closed to provide for the fall of a worker and minimizes the pressure caused by wind. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the derrick comprises: a top structure which is extended upward from an installation surface; a casing which is installed on the top structure and has a work space and an open side surface; and a door which selectively opens and closes the opened part of the casing.
