The present invention relates to an integrated service system using a wearable smart device which is provided in an accommodation. The device can provide services in a language which customers want to use, and open/close a door of a room. When a customer requests, the system, connected in a wireless network, provides a service of accommodations, controls facilities of a room, and contains RFID and NFC assembly, such that customers use the device as a payment means for transportation, tours, shopping in a country where customers travel, through payment gateway operators. In addition, a service manager in an accommodation wears the wearable smart device, such that requests of customers are rapidly transmitted to an officer and customers have a rapid response. Therefore, the efficiency of work can be increased. |
