PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently supply information required for authenticating an application to a terminal device.SOLUTION: A terminal device includes a storage unit that stores: application identification information for identifying an application that operates; and application authentication information for authenticating the application. The terminal device has terminal identification information for identifying the terminal device. A management server manages an authentication database that stores the terminal identification information and application authentication information in association with the application identification information; and determines the validity of the application on the basis of the application identification information and application authentication information. The management server issues, when updating the application authentication information, new application authentication information; and transmits a first push notification including the new application authentication information to the terminal device having the terminal identification information corresponding to the application identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
