PURPOSE: To provide an aluminum alloy clad material for heat exchanger excellent in brazing bondability and outer face corrosion resistance and suitable for use as a tube material or a tank, a header material of an aluminum alloy made heat exchanger manufactured by brazing.CONSTITUTION: There is provided a three layered clad material by cladding a leather material 1 constituted by an aluminum alloy containing Si:3 to 10%, Zn:1 to 10% and the balance Al with inevitable impurities on a single face of a core material constituted by an aluminum alloy containing Mn:0.5 to 1.8%, one or two kind of Cu:over 0.05% and less than 0.2% and Ti:0.05 to 0.30% and the balance Al with inevitable impurities and cladding a leather material 2 constituted by an aluminum alloy containing Si:3 to 13% and Cu with limitation of 0.05% or less and the balance Al with inevitable impurities on another face of the core material and having a value of (Y-X) of -1.5 to 9%, where X (%) is Si amount of the leather material 1 and Y (%) is Si amount of the leather material and used by setting the leather material 1 in an air side.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
