摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method by which a metal plate for connection can be joined to a packed battery in a small space, and a joint component in which there is no strength degradation at a junction.SOLUTION: On electrodes 1 of two or more batteries, a metal plate 2 for electrical connection is located, and this metal plate 2 has a constant inclination with respect to a top face of each electrode 1, and contacts the top face of the electrode 1 at an end face thereof. After the metal plate 2 is flexure-deformed in an irradiation part which performs preliminary laser irradiation L1 onto the metal plate, laser irradiation L2 for welding is performed onto the metal plate thereby connecting the electrode 1 and the metal plate 2 to each other. By following such a process, a shape having a fusion zone 4 which does not penetrate the metal plate 2 and a weld zone 5 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
