PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder capable of effectively removing paper powder.SOLUTION: An inkjet recorder comprises a recording head 34, a carrying part 31, a plate-like member 35 and a negative pressure impression part 33. The carrying part carries recording paper P to an image formation position by the recording head. The carrying part also comprises a dividing roller 312 for pushing down the paper on the upstream side in the carrying direction of the paper to the plate-like member. The plate-like member forms a narrow gap space 35a between an upper surface of a carrier belt 32 and itself on the upstream side in the carrying direction of the recording paper P to the recording head. The negative pressure impression part impresses negative pressure on the narrow gap space. In the narrow gap space, a distance in the orthogonal direction to a placing surface is set so that a speed of an air flow of flowing in the narrow gap space from a space around the narrow gap space, becomes larger after flowing-in than before flowing-in. The dividing roller comprises a plurality of narrow width rollers arranged at a predetermined interval in the width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
