PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration power generation device which is compact, but has a large power generation amount.SOLUTION: A vibrator 23 of a vibration power generation device 21 contains a piezoelectric element 23A. A rotational arm unit 25 rotates forwards interlockingly with movement of an operation unit 24 which is operated by an operator 105. A return spring 26 reversely rotates the rotational arm unit 25. A pick 27 moves from a start point 41 to an end point 43 interlockingly with the forward rotation of the rotational arm unit 25, whereby the pick 27 abuts against the vibrator 23, thereby making the vibrator 23 swag and flick. The pick 27 is configured to turn its direction from the end point 43 to the start point 41 interlockingly with the reverse rotation of the rotational arm unit 25, thereby returning to the start point 41.
