PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a fertilizer containing an organic component useful for the growth of plants.SOLUTION: The invention provides a manufacturing method for an organic fertilizer comprising supplying an organic material to a housing part 10 together with nitrite or nitrate which is a radical initiator, and irradiating it with ultraviolet; oxidizing the organic material by the photochemical reaction of the hydroxy radical generated by light excitation to obtain a water soluble organic matter; and filtering the obtained water soluble organic matter to extract an organic liquid fertilizer, wherein nitrate or nitrite which is the radical initiator is potassium salt and/or calcium salt, potassium ion and calcium ion are included as a fertilizer component of the organic liquid fertilizer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
