PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic characteristic measurement apparatus, a magnetic characteristic measurement method and a magnetic characteristic measurement program capable of measuring a magnetic characteristic while reducing influences by a magneto-striction.SOLUTION: A magnetic characteristic measurement apparatus 100 includes: a magnetic field application unit that applies a magnetic field to a magnetic material; a distortion applying unit that applies a distortion to the magnetic material according to a magneto-striction on the magnetic material which is generated by a magnetic field applied by the magnetic field application unit; and a measurement apparatus that measures a magnetic characteristic of the magnetic material in a state that a distortion is given to the magnetic material by the distortion applying unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
