The invention relates to a device for the spatial exposure of shaft-like pieces of maximal dimensions, subjected to titanium ion emission in the low-pressure chamber of a titanium-coating plant, the device being meant to be applied in the machine building industry. According to the invention, the device consists of a clockwise rotating plate (1) on which six small-sized anti-clockwise rotating trays (2) are arranged to receive thereon the pieces to be subjected to titanizing, where both the plate (1) and trays (2) are synchronously driven by the planetary transmission of the low-pressure chamber (3) that has a cylinder-shape with a diameter (Dc), so that the piece (4) which is a complex machined shaft of a maximal length (Lp) is fixed at each end on a support (5) provided with a roller friction bearing (6), the rotation of the piece (4) being provided by a bevel gear consisting of a driven wheel (7) and a driving wheel (8) which is driven by the rotating tray using a hexagonal driving shaft (9) introduced into the corresponding recess in the tray, a screw pin (10) securing the driven wheel at one end, for the transfer of the driving torque, the piece (4), which is in continuous rotation and rests on a support (11) which synchronously rotates along with the central plate (1), being imparted a 360° exposure at a complete rotation of the plate (1), the ionizing gun (12) ensuring, due to its vertical eccentric position, a suitable titanium-coating to the piece (4). |
