摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine with a variable capacity supercharger which can efficiently operate even when a turbine rotor blade is not rotated or in an extremely low rotation region which does not contribute to increasing engine performance.SOLUTION: An engine comprises: a variable capacity supercharger mounted with a variable capacity nozzle vane 34 at an upstream side of a turbine rotor blade; a bypass passage which is connected to an exhaust passage at the upstream side of the variable nozzle vane 34 and the exhaust passage at a downstream side of the turbine rotor blade and bypasses the variable nozzle vane and the turbine rotor blade; a bypass valve 71 which is installed in the bypass passage and opens or closes the same; nozzle vane control means 8A which controls an opening of the nozzle vane 34 in accordance with an engine operation state; bypass valve control means 8C which controls the opening of the bypass valve 71 in accordance with the engine operation state; and extremely low rotation region control means 8D which makes the bypass valve control means 8C open the bypass valve 71 when control of the variable nozzle vane 34 is executed by the nozzle vane control means 8A and the turbine rotor blade is not rotated or in an extremely low rotation region which does not contribute to increasing engine performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
