PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbid fruit juice beverage excellent in stability to a heat sterilization on flavor and appearance.SOLUTION: The turbid fruit juice beverage of the present invention contains turbid fruit juice and one or more kind of ascorbic acid-based antioxidant selected from a group consisting of L-ascorbic acid, L-ascorbate, erythorbic acid and erythorbate. When a heat sterilization treatment on the turbid fruit juice beverage is performed, a value of X/(X+X) is 0.80 or more, where Xis mass of the ascorbic acid-based antioxidant in the turbid fruit juice beverage after the heat sterilization treatment and Xis mass of a component where the ascorbic acid-based antioxidant in the turbid fruit juice beverage is oxidized.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
