PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a show case for food products having a plurality of stages of food display shelves capable of setting food products in a heated state and at a room temperature simultaneously.SOLUTION: A show case for food products includes: a case body 2 having a plurality of stages of food display shelves 11-14 in which a ventilation path common to each stage is provided on the front side; an exhaust port provided at an upper part in the case body 2; a suction port on the front side at the lower end of the case body; and a heater for keeping the food products warm on a floor surface side and a ceiling surface side of each stage. The show case is also equipped with temperature sensors 11S-14S for detecting show case interior temperatures above each of the food display shelves 11-14, and includes a main control part 8 for controlling a heating operation of each heater based on the output from each temperature sensor. The main control part 8 includes an operation mode setting function for driving the heaters, and a heater heating control function for executing stopping or electricity conduction control for the heater of each stage individually using a preset target temperature as a reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
