PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which has an electrochemical luminescence material dissolved in an electrolyte and titania nanoparticles dispersed.SOLUTION: A display device has substrates, as first and second substrates, which have electrodes arranged opposite to each other and at least one of which has light transmissivity, and an electrolyte which is held between the first and second substrates and obtained by dissolving an electrochemical luminescence material, luminescing through electrochemical oxidation reduction reaction, in a solvent, nanoparticles being additionally dispersed in the electrolyte, and containing titanium oxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-1 |
