PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a metal copper foil laminate plate which reduces the cost and man-hours, by eliminating the necessity of bonding a protective film to one surface of a metal layer.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a metal copper foil laminate plate consisting of (a) a step for cutting the metal layer 10 of a base metal like a sheet, (b) a step for forming an insulating adhesive layer 20 on a copper foil layer 30 on a RCC line, and then cutting into the same size as the metal layer 10, (c) a step for bringing the insulating adhesive layer 20 formed on the copper foil layer 30 into close contact so as to direct the metal layer 10, and then bringing the copper foil layer 30 and metal layer 10 into pressure contact, and (d) a step for cutting the metal copper foil laminate plate, where the copper foil layer 30 and metal layer 10 are brought into pressure contact, into a required size, before cutting the metal layer 10 like a sheet in the step (a), a coating layer 50 is formed on the metal surface of in coil state, and in the step (c), the insulating adhesive layer 20 formed on the copper foil layer 30 is brought into pressure contact with one surface of the metal layer 10 where the coating layer 50 is not formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
