SOLUTION: An opening 3a of a material to be cleaned can be closed by a lid 45, when cleaning inside of the material to be cleaned 3 by a cleaning liquid jetted from a cleaning nozzle 31. The lid 45 comprises: a first lid member 46 which moves forward and rearward integrally with the cleaning nozzle; and an annular second lid member 47 whose inner peripheral part is supported by the first lid member and whose lower face can tightly contact the opening of the material to be cleaned. During cleaning of the material to be cleaned, in a state in which, a slight gap is generated between the first and second lid members, the lower face of the second lid member is brought into contact with the opening of the material to be cleaned for closing the opening.EFFECT: It is possible to bring a lower face of a second lid member 47 into contact with an opening of a material to be cleaned, even when the opening 3a is inclined to a first lid member 46, so that, an amount of a cleaning liquid which leaks from a gap can be reduced, compared with a prior art.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
