The present invention relates to a disposable toilet seat cover adapted to encase at least one sanitary accessory comprising: a main panel having a central hole, at least two pairs of longitudinal opposed panel members defined by longitudinal fold lines and at least two pairs of transverse panels defined by transverse fold lines; and a cut out panel being provided within said central hole, said cut out panel having detachable cut out portions connected at the upper and lower edges of said central hole by means of tear lines, and free cut out portions disposed along the side edges thereof. |
