摘要 The present invention relates to a composition comprising a repressor of mitofusin genetic expression, an inhibitor of mitofusin protein activity, or a mixture thereof as an active ingredient for promoting reprogramming of a differentiated cell into a pluripotent stem cell, and a production method for producing a pluripotent stem cell from a reprogrammed differentiated stem cell, a pluripotent stem cell produced by the production method, a reprogramming method comprising the step of inhibiting gene expression or protein activity of mitofusin to produce a pluripotent stem cell, and a pluripotent stem cell produced by the reprogramming method. The composition according to the present invention increases the efficiency of reprogramming as well as reduces the time required for reprogramming to produce pluripotent stem cells. Therefore, the present composition can be beneficially used to develop the production technology of high efficiency pluripotent stem cell and secure a large-scale culture system thereof. Further, the present composition can be beneficially used to screen the compounds capable of maintaining pluripotent stem cells and promoting the reprogramming into pluripotent stem cells.
