PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modeling apparatus capable of accurately generating a form of an object including an annular structure.SOLUTION: A modeling apparatus includes: a first calculation unit for calculating a first function for generating a closed curve surface containing a plurality of points showing an annular structure in an object, on the basis of information on positions of the plurality of points; a first generation unit for generating a first point set showing a boundary of the object from a plurality of tomographic images, each of which includes a designated region occupied by the object; and a second calculation unit that detects, by using the first function, a point existing inside the closed curve surface from the first point set, generates a second point set by deleting the detected point from the first point set, and calculates, by using the second point set and the plurality of points, a second function for generating a form of the object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17 |
